ASF Homework/ 60 Minute Challenge Per Day

 With the days getting a bit brighter, try to complete some activity everyday to keep active. Please find some ideas and a chart to fill in for a 60 minute a day challenge!!


Active School Flag – PE Homework

Junior Infants/Senior Infants

 Weeks 1 & 2

 Jog on the spot for 30 seconds

10 jumps

Hop on each foot 10 times

Weeks 3 & 4

Jog on the spot for 30 seconds

20 jumps

Hop on each foot 10 times

Stretch arms out. Do 10 forward rolls and 10 reverse rolls

 Weeks 5 & 6 

Jog on the spot for 30 seconds

20 jumps

Hop on each foot 10 times

Stretch arms out. Do 10 forward rolls and 10 reverse rolls

First & Second Classes

 Weeks 1 & 2
